Bike Adventures in the Pale Mountains.

Mountain biking in an extraordinary mountain landscape rich in contrasts: pale, rugged reefs of dolomite and limestone sprinkle the gently undulating alpine pastures, and the light shades of gray of the barren rock meet the lush greens and floral dashes of color in the meadows. The Dolomites are endlessly fascinating and a jewel in the Alps. No wonder they were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The Dolomites offer everything a rider’s heart could desire. Besides the impressive mountains there are helpful cable cars and lifts, traditional huts with delicious food and, last but not least, a dense network of paths with unique single tracks: endless descents that make the brakes glow, challenging, high-alpine trails in the scenery of rock and stone, so characteristic of these mountains, and alpine pastures with flowy, playful trails.

Very diverse, the Dolomites offer mountain bike tours for different tastes. Whether it’s a great day tour or an adventurous multi-day trip like the Dolomites Enduro Traverse, you’ll love it!

DOLOMITES DAY TOURS

INDIVIDUAL GUIDING FOR A MEMORABLE BIKE RIDE

It’s like a dream come true when you can make your first laps in the Dolomites! To make sure everything works out and that you can end your day with a smile on your face, rely on our individual tour planning.

We at Ride oN are at home in this amazing mountain world and know it like the back of our hand. We tailor the tours to your needs and take you to the trails that suit you, so that your dream scenario can become reality. You like singletracks that are not too challenging, but also never boring? Great. You are looking for the fascination of the high alpine and you really thrive on challenging, technical trails? Perfect! You will find what you are after. And between all the cool pictures we take of you in action, there’s also a useful riding technique tip or two.

Our bike rides usually start in Val Gardena, a beautiful valley in the heart of these unique mountains with a wide range of first-class mountain bike tours, excellent lodging, several bike stores, cable cars and lifts. Places like Alpe di Siusi, Rasciesa, Seceda or the nearby Val Badia and Val di Fassa are on the to-do list here. And of course the Sellaronda, a circuit around the magnificent Sella massif, which offers magnificent views and delights both slightly advanced and experienced riders.

#DETAILS

  • Individual, tailor-made tour planning
  • Bookable for small, closed groups on request (up to 7 riders)
  • Trails & Terrain: the Dolomites are characterized especially by firm and loose rock and some flowy dirt. Trails are mostly natural singletracks (hiking paths) or purpose-made MTB singletracks. Doubletracks and gravel roads serve as connectors.
  • Lifts: we like to use lifts to increase the range, shorten the climbs and focus on the descents.
  • Lunch brakes: we love to stop at one of the many alpine huts for tasty pasta or dumplings and a great espresso.
